Every case we work on starts by pondering – thinking about – the question that needs to be answered for the client. When we think we understand the scope of the matter, the team assembles to figure out how best to proceed.

An inquiry can’t begin without taking adequate time to collect all available intelligence about a matter. Knowledge is power, remember!

During the early stages of an inquiry, investigators work to discover all the relevant elements and home in on the specifics that will lead to answering the question asked at the beginning of the process.

When we think we have the big picture view of the situation, investigators analyse the intelligence collected, work out what it means and come up with solutions that might help the client going forward.

The final stage is to report back to the client, explain the process taken, what has been discovered, what it might mean and our best assessment of how to move forward.

Sometimes that concludes the case and other times in leads to further inquiry and the process begins again.

TCG Investigations helps insurance companies evaluate the legitimacy of a claim. We inquire into circumstances and uncover fraudulent claims. Our broad area of expertise includes conducting death verifications, workers compensation or personal injury claims, suspicious travel claims and property loss claims.
